Momo, Inc. (MOMO) Prices 16M Common IPO at $13.50/ADS (BABA)

Momo, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOMO) announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 16,000,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs") at US$13.50 per ADS for a total offering size of US$216.0 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. Each ADS represents two Class A ordinary shares of the Company. The ADSs will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market today under the ticker symbol "MOMO."

*** The company was previously looking for a range of $12.50 to $14.50 per ADS.

The Company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable within 30 days from the date of the final prospectus, to purchase up to 2,400,000 additional ADSs at US$13.50 per ADS.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and China Renaissance Securities (Hong Kong) Limited are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.
