Levi-Strauss Files IPO

Levi-Strauss filed a $100 million IPO. The company plans to list on the NYSE under symbol 'LEVI'.

The offering is being led by Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, BofA, Morgan Stanley, Evercore ISI, BNP, Citi, Guggenheim, HSBC, Drexel Hamilton, Telsey Advisory and The Williams Capital Group.

The company posted revenue of $5.57 billion for the year ended Nov. 25, 2018. This was up from $4.9 billion in the prior year. Net income was $283.1 million for FY18 versus $281.4 million in the prior year.
