BATS Global Markets (BATS) IPO Open is Minutes Away

Today's IPO for BATS Global Markets (BZS: BATS) is expected to open at about 10:20AM ET, according to sources.

Traders will be watching closely as last time around system problems had the company terminating the offering.

Overnight, BATS priced its 13,300,000 share IPO at $19 per share, versus expected range of $17-$19 per share. The size of the offering has been increased from the initially announced 11,200,000 shares.

Shares look like they will open around $23 currently.
