Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) Model 3 production restarted on Tuesday, April 24th, according to Global Equities Research analyst Trip Chowdhry. Deliveries also restarted, he said.
Below is a picture from April 23rd, showing the holding area almost empty:

And here is a picture from April 24th, showing cars ready for delivery:

UPDATE:
In an updated note Wednesday morning, Chowdhry said he is 100% confident that the production of all the three, Model 3, Model S and Model X has restarted on April 24th, 2018
- We expect a gradual ramp-up of Model 3 Productions after a restart - probably 2,000 or so this week
- ...and then gradual production increase to close the quarter with the production rate of about 5,000 to 6,000 Model 3's per week
