SOLV Energy launches IPO roadshow with shares priced at $22-$25

SOLV Energy launched its initial public offering roadshow on February 2, 2026, according to a company statement. The energy company plans to offer 20.5 million shares of Class A common stock at a price range of $22 to $25 per share.
The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.075 million shares. Jefferies and J.P. Morgan are serving as lead underwriters for the offering.
The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's Form S-1 registration statement effective on January 30, 2026. SOLV Energy has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol MWH.
