Tepper Bought Into Snap (SNAP) IPO

On CNBC, David Tepper said they bought the Snap (NYSE: SNAP) IPO. Likes company and story. He was allocated shares at $17 IPO price but sold some in the 'high-$20s'.
Would add if stock got back to around offering price. If shares went to $30 they would own zero shares.
