Shah Capital is urging Novavax (NASDAQ: NVAX) board to pursue a sale, according to a Reuters report on Tuesday.
- The fund is citing a third consecutive year of poor roll-out of its COVID-19 shot.
- Shah Capital owns a 7.2% stake in the company and is the second largest shareholders.
