Capital Group's stake in Zealand Pharma drops below 5%

The Capital Group Companies, Inc. held voting rights corresponding to 4.79% of the total voting rights in Zealand Pharma A/S (Nasdaq: ZEAL) as of June 26, 2026, according to a company announcement filed June 30, 2026.

The notification was submitted pursuant to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act. Capital Group noted that neither it nor any of its affiliates own Zealand Pharma shares for their own account. The shares reported in the notification are held by accounts under the discretionary investment management of one or more of Capital Group's investment management companies.

Zealand Pharma is a biotechnology company headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a U.S. presence in Boston, Massachusetts.
