nLIGHT Inc. (NASDAQ: LASR) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $78 million to $80 million, exceeding the company's previously announced guidance range of $72 million to $78 million.
The laser technology company expects to report Laser Products revenue of $54 million to $55 million and Advanced Development revenue of approximately $24 million to $25 million for the quarter. The revenue increase was attributed to continued strength in the Aerospace & Defense market segment.
"We ended 2025 on a strong note, particularly with respect to the performance of our Aerospace & Defense market," said Scott Keeney, nLIGHT's President and Chief Executive Officer. "We enter 2026 with good visibility across multiple programs in both directed energy and laser sensing, and we remain well-positioned for near- and long-term growth in Aerospace & Defense."
The company's management is scheduled to present at the 28th Annual Needham Growth Conference in New York on January 13, 2026. Investor presentation materials from the conference will be made available on the company's investor relations website.
The preliminary financial results are based on management's initial analysis and remain subject to completion of financial closing procedures and potential final adjustments. The company's independent registered public accounting firm has not audited, reviewed, compiled or performed agreed-upon procedures with respect to the preliminary financial information.
