Zhengye Biotechnology Holding Limited (NASDAQ: ZYBT) released a letter from Chairman Zhenfa Han detailing the company's achievements in 2025 and strategic priorities for 2026, according to a company statement.
The Chinese veterinary vaccine manufacturer secured four new patent grants in 2025 and received approval for two National Category I New Veterinary Drug Registration Certificates from China's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The company obtained seven new product approval licenses covering vaccines for swine, poultry, cattle, and sheep.
Zhengye completed its initial public offering and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market in January 2025 under ticker symbol ZYBT. The company established Beijing Zhongnong Zhengye Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to operate its poultry vaccine business and created a dedicated swine health business unit.
The company expanded internationally, submitting registration materials for vaccines in Egypt, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Pakistan granted approvals on January 16, 2026, following a video-based Good Manufacturing Practice inspection in November 2025.
For 2026, Han outlined plans to deepen customer engagement with China's top 130 large-scale producers and advance development of a PCV3 vaccine designated as a Jilin Province Key R&D Project. The company intends to pursue merger and acquisition opportunities in the companion animal sector.
Zhengye established commercial relationships with 40% of enterprises operating more than 10,000 breeding sows and upgraded its bacterial inactivated vaccine production line to include bacterial culture subunit vaccine capabilities.
The company operates through Jilin Zhengye Biological Products Co., Ltd., which has 50 veterinary vaccines and sells products across 28 provincial regions in China with exports to Vietnam, Pakistan, and Egypt.
