Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) Comparable sales for the periods ending September 30, 2005 were up 3.8% total, Wal-Mart stores up 2.6% and SAMS'S Club up 9.8%. The company said despite the financial impact of the hurricanes, their earnings per share guidance remains at $0.55 to $0.59 for the third fiscal quarter.
