WISeKey reports 58% revenue growth in preliminary 2025 results

WISeKey International Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: WKEY) reported preliminary financial results for fiscal year 2025, showing revenue of $19 million compared to $12 million in 2024, representing a 58% year-over-year increase.

The cybersecurity and IoT company's fourth quarter 2025 revenue reached $8 million, doubling from $4 million in the same period of 2024. Cash on hand increased to over $425 million as of December 31, 2025, up from $90 million in the previous year.

WISeKey holds 52% voting control of SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES), which focuses on semiconductors and post-quantum technology products. The company deployed over $30 million in strategic investments during 2025, marking new investment activity compared to 2024.

The company's commercial pipeline grew to over $200 million in potential revenue opportunities from 2026 through 2028, up from $115 million in 2024. More than $60 million of this pipeline relates to QS7001 and QVault TPM programs.

For 2026, WISeKey expects first quarter revenue to exceed $4 million and projects full-year revenue growth of 50% to 100% year-over-year. The company anticipates initial revenues from its QS7001 post-quantum secure chips and QVault TPM products in late 2026.

Through SEALSQ's Quantum Fund, WISeKey has made investments in several companies including the full acquisition of IC'ALPS for approximately $15 million and strategic investments in Quantix Edge Security, WeCan Group, EeroQ, and ColibriTD.

The figures reported are preliminary and unaudited. WISeKey expects to publish audited full-year financial statements on or before April 30, 2026.
