Vital Farms (NASDAQ: VITL) announced financial targets for 2030, including $2 billion in annual net revenue and adjusted EBITDA margins between 15% and 17%. The Austin-based company also expects gross margins of 35% or higher between 2025 and 2030.
The company updated its fiscal 2025 outlook, projecting net revenue of $755 million to $765 million, down from previous expectations due to temporary disruptions from an enterprise resource planning system transition. Management maintained its adjusted EBITDA forecast of more than $115 million for 2025.
For 2026, Vital Farms provided initial guidance of $930 million to $950 million in net revenue, representing approximately 24% year-over-year growth at the midpoint compared to revised 2025 guidance.
The company completed the hypercare phase of its ERP transition on December 5, returning to normal operations with the new system. Capital expenditures for fiscal 2025 were narrowed to a range of $80 million to $90 million.
Vital Farms named its new processing facility in Seymour, Indiana as Vital Crossroads, expected to become operational in 2027. The facility is intended to support the company's long-term growth targets.
President and CEO Russell Diez-Canseco stated the company sees "a clear multi-year path toward $2 billion in Net Revenue by 2030" through increased brand awareness, household penetration, distribution expansion, and supply chain scaling.
The company produces pasture-raised eggs, butter, and other products sold in more than 23,500 stores nationwide and works with 575 small farms. Vital Farms hosted an investor day presentation to provide additional details on its updated targets, according to the press release.
