Venture Global updates guidance, reports Q4 LNG cargo exports

Venture Global Inc. (NYSE: VG) exported 128 LNG cargos from its facilities during the fourth quarter of 2025, the company announced January 12, 2026.

The company's sales totaled 478.3 TBtu of LNG at an implied weighted average fixed liquefaction fee of $5.15 per MMBtu during the quarter. Both volume and pricing were affected by changes in Henry Hub prices, international LNG prices and limited vessel availability in the Atlantic basin.

The Calcasieu Pass facility exported 38 cargos, generating third-party sales of 140.1 TBtu at an implied weighted average fixed liquefaction fee of $2.01 per MMBtu. The Plaquemines facility exported 90 cargos with third-party sales of 338.2 TBtu at $6.02 per MMBtu.

Venture Global reduced its full year 2025 Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $6.180 billion to $6.240 billion, citing unusual factors that impacted performance metrics during the quarter.

The company utilized its fleet of owned and chartered vessels to mitigate some impact from tight shipping markets during the quarter. Venture Global was able to advance scheduled maintenance late in the quarter due to shipping constraints.

One cargo exported from the Plaquemines facility on a Delivered Ex-Ship basis will be recognized in the following quarter due to delivery timing.

The company stated that forward pricing for market factors in February and March 2026 have improved from year-end levels. Complete fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results will be announced with the company's quarterly earnings report.
