VanceInfo Technologies Inc. (NYSE: VIT) reaffirmed previously issued guidance for the third quarter and full year 2012 in advance of the extraordinary general meeting of VanceInfo shareholders, which is scheduled to occur at 9:00 a.m. Beijing time on November 6, 2012, to consider certain proposals in connection with the proposed merger of VanceInfo and HiSoft Technology International Limited.
