UMC posts 5.3% revenue increase in January 2026

United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: UMC) reported unaudited net sales of NT$20.86 billion for January 2026, representing a 5.33% increase from NT$19.81 billion in January 2025.

The Taiwan-based semiconductor foundry's January revenue rose by NT$1.06 billion year-over-year, according to the company's monthly sales report.

All figures are presented in New Taiwan Dollars and represent consolidated results, the company stated in its press release.
