TXO Partners, L.P. (NYSE: TXO) announced it expects to distribute $0.35 to $0.40 per quarter to unitholders for the remainder of 2025, according to a press release statement.

The oil and natural gas production company reported its first new drill in the Elm Coulee field produced at an average daily rate of 1,024 barrels of oil equivalent over its first 40 days. The 10,000-foot horizontal well was completed on time and on budget.

TXO has completed drilling of two additional wells and expects first oil production in November. The company holds more than 110 drilling locations in the Elm Coulee field, which it plans to make its primary development asset over the next 24 months.

"We expect Elm Coulee to be our primary development asset over the next twenty-four months," said Gary D. Simpson, Co-CEO.

The company is also developing its Mancos Shale position, working on permits for its first 10 wells and preparing water and pipeline infrastructure. TXO holds 58,500 acres in this area.

TXO's current acreage positions are concentrated in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico, the San Juan Basin of New Mexico and Colorado, and the Williston Basin of Montana and North Dakota. The company has a market capitalization below $1 billion.

Co-CEO and CFO Brent W. Clum stated the company has acquired two assets over the past 15 months as part of its growth strategy. The capital program for 2025 is heavily weighted toward the latter part of the year due to the timing of recent acquisitions.
