TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: TOMZ) reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of at least $12 million, citing first-half sales growth of more than 100% compared to the same period in 2025, which the company said has already surpassed full-year 2025 sales totals.
According to a statement released July 29, 2026, the company has secured over $6.2 million in booked orders expected to be completed before year-end, with approximately $8.6 million of a $35 million sales pipeline described as being in advanced stages.
The company said its pending merger with Carbonium Core remains on track for closing in the second half of 2026. Carbonium is conducting a pilot study, supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, to produce nuclear-grade graphite for fourth-generation nuclear reactors, with plans for full-scale commercial production.
TOMI reported year-over-year and sequential growth across all four of its key business metrics in the second quarter of 2026, including BIT Solution sales, mobile equipment sales, single applicator sales, and support services.
On the international front, TOMI's SteraMist disinfection product has received regulatory approval in ten European countries, with additional approvals pending in France, Switzerland, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, and Romania. The company added Switzerland through an amendment to existing registrations.
In the defense sector, TOMI said it received approvals from defense contractors in Korea and defense agencies in Canada. The company also announced a partnership with the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, which it said is expected to streamline government procurement of its SteraMist technology.
Notable pipeline opportunities include a near-$1 million project at a major medical company, a potential order for eight Hybrid Systems through Canadian partners, and a Custom Engineered System valued at approximately $1 million.
Chief Operating Officer Elissa J. Shane stated, "We are pleased with the continued momentum across the SteraMist iHP business. With three consecutive quarters of growth, a quality pipeline, meaningful defense sector progress, and an expanding global partner network, TOMI is executing well on multiple fronts."
