TNL Mediagene (NASDAQ: TNMG) released a corporate update presentation to shareholders, projecting revenue of $49.1 million for fiscal year 2025. The Tokyo-based digital media company stated the revenue growth is primarily driven by its Technology and Digital Studio business units.

The company announced several artificial intelligence initiatives, including becoming the first media company in Japan to integrate 15 of its media brands onto the TollBit platform for AI-driven traffic monetization. TNL Mediagene plans to launch Agentic Newsroom, an AI content system for automated translation and localization across Asian markets, and CiteRadar, an enterprise software platform to monitor AI model descriptions of brands and products.

The company introduced Natural Language Web support to its digital media assets and completed Amazon Web Services AI foundational certifications for a group of employees. TNL Mediagene also announced strategic partnerships with CMoney, Taiwan's stock information platform serving over 10 million monthly users, PChome e-commerce platform, and Geniee for advertising creative solutions.

The company's inaugural GIZMART e-commerce campaign, themed around Gizmodo Japan, raised over 200 million yen in less than 12 days, according to the presentation.

"AI continues to be a major factor in our business, both in terms of revenue, cost and increasingly media trust," said Co-Founder and CEO Joey Chung in the statement.

TNL Mediagene was formed in May 2023 through the merger of Taiwan's The News Lens Co. and Japan's Mediagene Inc. The company operates media brands in Japanese, Chinese, and English, covering news, business, technology, and lifestyle content across Asia.
