TIC Solutions Inc. (NYSE: TIC) announced financial targets for 2029 during its inaugural investor day, introducing what the company calls its 3/18/85 Financial Performance Framework.
The asset integrity and engineering services provider set three targets to achieve by 2029: revenue of $3 billion or more, an adjusted EBITDA margin of 18% or higher, and free cash flow conversion of 85% or above.
The company hosted the investor event in New York City, where senior leadership discussed strategy, operating segments, integration progress, and capital allocation priorities. TIC Solutions provides tech-enabled asset integrity, engineering, and geospatial services across North America and select international markets.
"We are building a scaled, differentiated provider of mission-critical services with durable, structural demand driven by four megatrends: aging infrastructure, increasing energy demand, accelerating data consumption, and the digitization of the physical world," said Ben Heraud, chief executive officer.
The company operates through three reportable segments: Inspection and Mitigation, Consulting Engineering, and Geospatial. TIC Solutions employs more than 12,000 professionals across over 250 locations, serving private and public sector clients in industrial, infrastructure, energy, utilities, construction, and commercial real estate markets.
TIC Solutions stated the targets reflect confidence in its platform and acquisition opportunities. The company noted its services are frequently compliance-driven and typically recurring in nature.
The investor day presentation was webcast and a replay remains available through the company's designated link, according to the press release statement.
