SurgePays, Inc. (NASDAQ: SURG) announced estimated sequential revenue growth of over 60% for the third quarter of 2025, according to a company statement. The wireless and point-of-sale technology company also reaffirmed its 2026 revenue guidance of $225 million.
The company operates across five revenue channels: Lifeline subsidized wireless service, LinkUp Mobile prepaid service, prepaid wireless top-up transactions, HERO mobile virtual network enabler services, and ClearLine software-as-a-service platform.
SurgePays' Lifeline program has enrolled over 125,000 subscribers through street team and online marketing distribution. The federal program provides $9.25 monthly reimbursement per subscriber. LinkUp Mobile has over 75,000 active subscribers and distributes through more than 9,000 stores with a phone-in-a-box product for convenience stores.
The company's prepaid wireless top-up revenue grew from approximately $1 million to $5 million monthly over one year. The HERO platform currently supports three integrated mobile virtual network operators, with additional clients expected over the next three to six months following industry trade show participation.
ClearLine operates a pilot program in 17 Market Basket locations with customer engagement tools including QR code-enabled stand signs linked to retailer-branded landing pages.
"SurgePays is no longer building the foundation — the foundation is built," said Brian Cox, Chairman and CEO. Cox noted the company moderated sales in August and September to secure inventory on favorable terms and enhance operational systems.
The preliminary financial information represents estimates that may differ from actual results pending completion of financial closing procedures. SurgePays operates as both a mobile virtual network operator and enabler, providing wireless services and back-end infrastructure to other providers through thousands of retail locations nationwide.
