Super League Enterprise (NASDAQ: SLE) reported fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $3.2 million, marking its strongest quarterly performance of the year, according to financial results released March 27, 2026.
The gaming advertising company ended 2025 with $14.4 million in cash and eliminated all debt, compared to $1.3 million in cash and $3.2 million in debt at the end of 2024. Full-year 2025 revenue totaled $11.3 million, down from $16.2 million in 2024.
The company reported a net loss of $20.7 million for 2025, compared to $16.6 million in 2024. However, Super League improved its pro forma cash basis EBITDA loss by 31% year-over-year to $10.2 million, with a 56% improvement in the fourth quarter alone.
Gross margin expanded to 40% in 2025 from 38% in 2024. The company reduced operating expenses while diversifying its revenue base to decrease dependency on single platforms.
Chief Executive Officer Matt Edelman stated the company completed a business transformation and strengthened its balance sheet. During the fourth quarter, Super League initiated programs with Regal Cinemas and H&R Block, expanded its relationship with Panda Express, and supported campaigns with partners including Paramount+, Google, Logitech, and Disney.
The company announced plans to acquire the Misfits Ads Division, subject to stockholder approval. Super League expects first quarter 2026 revenue to exceed the prior-year period and targets cash basis EBITDA profitability by year-end 2026.
Super League operates as an audience intelligence and media activation company, executing interactive advertising and content programs for brands targeting gaming audiences across digital platforms.
