StandardAero estimates 2025 revenue of $6.05-$6.08 billion

StandardAero Inc. (NYSE: SARO) announced preliminary estimated results for the year ended December 31, 2025, showing revenue between $6.053 billion and $6.083 billion, representing an increase of 15.6% to 16.1% compared to $5.237 billion in the prior year.

The aerospace services company estimates net income between $270 million and $280 million for 2025, compared to $11 million in the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to range from $806 million to $812 million, an increase of 16.7% to 17.6% from $690.5 million in the prior year.

Cash flow from operations is projected between $310 million and $320 million, up from $76.3 million in 2024. Free cash flow is estimated at $200 million to $210 million, compared to negative $45 million in the previous year.

The company stated these results are preliminary and unaudited, derived from internal financial records that remain subject to revision during the completion of year-end closing procedures. StandardAero noted that actual results may differ materially from these estimates.

The company plans to release complete fourth quarter and full-year 2025 results along with its 2026 outlook next month. StandardAero cautioned that investors should not place undue reliance on the preliminary figures, as they may require material adjustments during the finalization of financial reporting processes.
