Spectral Capital reports $570M in unaudited revenue through May 2026

Spectral Capital Corporation (OTCQB: FCCN) reported preliminary unaudited consolidated revenue exceeding $570 million for the five-month period ended May 31, 2026, according to a press release issued by the Seattle-based company.

The figure builds on the company's first quarter 2026 results, in which Spectral reported $328.5 million in unaudited consolidated revenue. Following that quarter, management raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to approximately $700 million. The company stated it believes it remains on track to meet that target based on performance through May 31.

The company attributed the revenue performance to organic growth across its operating businesses, including Telvantis Voice Services Inc., its global telecommunications and international voice services unit, and Fortytwo Telecom, an enterprise telecom business. The company cited increased international voice traffic volumes and expansion of customer and enterprise relationships as contributing factors.

Spectral also stated it is advancing workstreams related to a planned uplisting to Nasdaq, including regulatory, financial reporting, and corporate governance requirements. The company noted that timing and completion remain subject to regulatory review and market conditions.

The company added that it is evaluating a number of potential acquisitions but cautioned that no assurance can be given that any discussions will result in definitive agreements or completed transactions.

CEO Jenifer Osterwalder said in a statement: "Our commercial performance through May demonstrates continued momentum following our record first quarter, and our operating businesses continue to show improving execution."

The company noted that the preliminary revenue figures are unaudited and based on management information, and that actual results may differ following closing procedures, review processes, or audit adjustments.
