Spectral Capital Corporation (OTCQB: FCCN) announced projected unaudited 2025 revenue figures from two companies in its acquisition pipeline totaling approximately $274 million.

The company stated that Telvantis Voice Services, Inc., which Spectral expects to acquire by December 19, 2025, projects approximately $250 million in revenue for 2025. The projection reflects demand for Telvantis's voice infrastructure and communications platforms, according to the company's statement.

Spectral's recently acquired subsidiary, 42 Telecom Ltd., purchased on August 1, 2025, provided guidance indicating expected 2025 revenue of approximately $24 million. Under U.S. GAAP accounting standards, only revenues generated after the August 1 closing date will be included in Spectral's 2025 consolidated financial statements.

"These preliminary figures demonstrate the accelerating commercial traction across Spectral's expanding communications and AI portfolio," said Jenifer Osterwalder, Chief Executive Officer of Spectral Capital Corporation. "Telvantis's expected $250 million in annual revenue and 42 Telecom's $24 million guidance highlight the strength of the businesses we are combining."

The company emphasized that the results are preliminary, unaudited, and subject to change pending completion of Telvantis's PCAOB audit and Spectral's purchase-accounting procedures. The Telvantis acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions.

Spectral plans to provide pro forma combined financial information for both Telvantis and 42 Telecom in upcoming filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company indicated these acquisitions support its strategy toward a NASDAQ uplisting.

Spectral Capital focuses on building and acquiring artificial intelligence products for enterprise and small-to-medium business markets.
