Sight Sciences reports 7% Q4 revenue growth to $20.4 million

Sight Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: SGHT) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $20.3 million to $20.4 million, representing a 7% increase at the midpoint compared to the prior year period.
The eyecare technology company's surgical glaucoma revenues are expected to reach $19.6 million to $19.7 million for the quarter, up 5% at the midpoint year-over-year. Dry eye revenues are projected at approximately $0.7 million, an increase of about 130% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
For the full year 2025, total revenue is expected to be $77.3 million to $77.4 million, down 3% at the midpoint compared to 2024. Surgical glaucoma revenues are projected at $75.6 million to $75.7 million, flat compared to the prior year, while dry eye revenues are expected at approximately $1.6 million, down from $4.0 million in 2024.
The company reported cash and cash equivalents of approximately $92 million as of December 31, 2025, compared to $92.4 million as of September 30, 2025. Cash used in the fourth quarter totaled approximately $0.4 million, while annual cash usage was approximately $28 million.
"Key Dry Eye achievements include the establishment of two Medicare Administrative Contractor fee schedules and positive early validation of our reimbursed interventional Dry Eye business model," said Paul Badawi, co-founder and CEO.
The preliminary results are unaudited and subject to revision. Sight Sciences expects to announce complete fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results in March 2026. The company develops interventional technologies for glaucoma and dry eye treatments.
