Sanara MedTech reports revenue growth, provides 2026 guidance

Sanara MedTech Inc. (NASDAQ: SMTI) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 net revenue of $27.2 million to $27.7 million, representing a 3% to 5% increase compared to $26.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The medical technology company said full year 2025 net revenue is expected to range from $102.7 million to $103.2 million, up approximately 19% from $86.7 million in 2024. The company noted that excluding $1.8 million in BIASURGE sales from the fourth quarter of 2024 related to Hurricane Helene supply chain disruptions, fourth quarter 2025 revenue would increase 11% to 13% year-over-year.

As of December 31, 2025, Sanara reported cash of approximately $16.6 million and long-term debt of $46.0 million, compared to cash of $15.9 million and long-term debt of $30.7 million at the end of 2024.

The company announced that its BIASURGE product received an Innovative Technology contract from Vizient Inc., effective January 1, 2026. The contract provides Vizient's healthcare facility customers access to BIASURGE at contracted pricing and pre-negotiated terms.

For 2026, Sanara expects net revenue to range from $116 million to $121 million, representing growth of 13% to 17% compared to the midpoint of its 2025 guidance.

"Our team delivered strong performance in 2025, culminating in preliminary net revenue of approximately $103 million, an increase of approximately 19% year-over-year," said Seth Yon, president and chief executive officer.

The company noted its independent registered public accounting firm has not completed procedures regarding the preliminary financial information, and actual results may differ from these estimates.
