Sagtec Global Limited (NASDAQ: SAGT) announced preliminary unaudited financial estimates showing year-over-year growth of approximately 64% in revenue, 75% in net profit, and 93% in operating cash flow for its fiscal year.

The Malaysia-based technology company plans to release audited full-year financial results in April 2026, followed by an earnings call. Management attributed the preliminary growth to improved operating efficiency, increased software-related revenue streams, and cost management.

The company outlined strategic priorities for 2026, including expansion of software-as-a-service subscription revenue and evaluation of artificial intelligence platform opportunities. Sagtec plans a collaboration with Skilliks, subject to definitive agreements.

The company is exploring entry into the electric vehicle bike subscription segment in Southeast Asian markets and evaluating ESG-related software capabilities, including carbon credit management and tax calculation features.

Sagtec reiterated its strategic partnership with HM Development, announced in October 2025, involving a $2 million investment in HM's AI Edutech Power Trading software through Class A Ordinary Shares.

The company noted that preliminary estimates are derived from internal financial data and may differ materially from final audited results. Sagtec provides digital transformation and software solutions to over 12,000 businesses across Southeast Asia.
