SOL Strategies completes SOC 2 audit, holds 526,513 SOL tokens

SOL Strategies Inc. (NASDAQ: STKE) completed SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance audits in October and deployed proceeds from a CAD$30 million offering to acquire additional SOL tokens, according to a company statement.
The Toronto-based company holds 526,513 SOL tokens valued at approximately CAD$137 million as of October 31, 2025, based on an exchange rate of CAD$260.22 per SOL token. The company earned approximately 787 SOL tokens in September from its validator operations.
SOL Strategies operates validator services with 2,816,529 SOL tokens under delegation across 19,403 unique wallets. The company maintained 100% uptime across all validators during October, with peak annual percentage yield of 6.68% compared to a network average of 6.45%.
The SOC 2 Type 2 audit evaluates the effectiveness of security controls over time for institutional staking services. The certification addresses requirements for institutional clients in U.S. and Canadian markets.
Michael Hubbard continues as interim CEO following his appointment on October 1, 2025. The board of directors is conducting a search for a permanent chief executive officer.
The company converted 8,000 SOL tokens to laineSOL and deployed them into decentralized finance protocols while maintaining the underlying tokens in staking operations with an estimated yield of 8.01% annually.
SOL Strategies maintains partnerships with Netcoins for Canadian market access and Crypto.com for institutional custody services. The company launched a redesigned website and plans to attend investor conferences in November.
Company representatives will attend the Cantor Crypto conference in Miami Beach from November 10-12 and the ClearStreet Disruptive Technology Conference in Palm Beach from November 19-20.
