SI-BONE reports preliminary Q4 revenue of $56.2-56.3 million

SI-BONE Inc. (NASDAQ: SIBN) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue between $56.2 million and $56.3 million, representing approximately 15% growth compared to the prior year period, according to a company statement.
The medical device company's U.S. revenue for the quarter reached between $53.3 million and $53.4 million, marking approximately 14% growth year-over-year. The company reported approximately 1,640 active physicians in the U.S., an increase of 250 physicians representing about 18% growth.
For the full year 2025, SI-BONE reported preliminary worldwide revenue between $200.8 million and $200.9 million, reflecting approximately 20% growth. U.S. revenue for the year totaled between $190.9 million and $191.0 million, representing roughly 21% growth compared to 2024.
The company reported cash and cash equivalents of approximately $147.7 million at quarter-end, implying net cash generation of about $2.0 million during the fourth quarter.
SI-BONE noted that the reported figures are preliminary and unaudited, subject to completion of financial closing procedures and audit procedures by external auditors. The company expects to provide complete fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results during its earnings call scheduled for late February 2026.
SI-BONE develops procedural solutions for clinical challenges associated with compromised bone, with applications in SI joint fusion, adult spinal deformity and pelvic trauma. The company states it has supported physicians in performing over 140,000 procedures since 2009.
