RenX Enterprises reports $8.2 million revenue, targets mill commissioning

RenX Enterprises Corp. (NASDAQ: RENX) reported $8.2 million in post-acquisition revenue for the seven months following its June 2025 acquisition of Resource Group US Holdings LLC, exceeding prior management guidance of $7.0 million by approximately 17%. The biomass recycling and logistics company achieved a blended consolidated gross margin of 29.1%, with its Compost Sales segment operating at 57%.
The company retired $11.9 million of legacy debt while integrating two acquisitions and completing its first audit as a combined operating company. RenX restructured approximately $7 million of secured debt tied to its Lago Vista, Texas property in 2025, extinguishing $5 million through property transfer and securing the remaining $2 million balance against its Durant, Oklahoma property.
RenX announced on May 5, 2026, a senior convertible note and warrant PIPE financing providing an initial commitment of $13 million from institutional investors, with potential for up to an additional $87 million in funding upon mutual consent. The company stated this structure will allow it to retire higher-cost legacy obligations and provide additional capacity for scaling operations.
The company targets commissioning of its UTM 1200 Turbo Mill in the second half of 2026. The mill is currently advancing through site engineering and mechanical integration at RenX's facility in Florida. Once operational, the system is designed to upgrade screened woody biomass into engineered soil substrates and specialty growing media.
RenX subsidiary ZEI renewed its service agreement through 2028 with a waste management company that contributed more than $3 million of ZEI revenue in 2025. The company added contracts including a Tampa green waste contract, a Sarasota commercial disposal agreement, and a new Florida hauling contract.
