RedCloud reports H1 growth, targets $100M revenue for 2026

RedCloud Holdings plc (NASDAQ: RCT) reported first-half 2025 results showing revenue of $17.9 million, up 12% year-over-year, and total transaction value of $1.2 billion, representing 28% growth compared to the same period in 2024.

The London-based technology company, which builds infrastructure for global trade through its RedAI platform, reduced total liabilities to $21.4 million from $86.3 million in the prior year period. Connected businesses on the platform increased 110% to 68,091, while distributors grew 136% to 1,018.

For full year 2025, RedCloud expects revenue between $51 million and $53 million. The company has set a target of $100 million in revenue for 2026.

"We doubled our data capture. We launched in Saudi Arabia. We joined NVIDIA Connect," said CEO and Co-Founder Justin Floyd. "We're targeting $100 million revenues next year."

RedCloud signed an infrastructure license agreement in Turkey that provides up to $5 million per year in license fees with a minimum 10-year term, plus 50% revenue share on transactional revenue. The company also launched a joint venture in Saudi Arabia with Kayanat Holding to enter the Kingdom's consumer goods market.

The company joined NVIDIA's Connect partner program and reports $5.1 billion in cumulative trades training its algorithms. RedCloud converted $66.9 million of shareholder loans to equity and eliminated $22.6 million of convertible debt. Additional equity raises totaling $16.6 million were completed in July, along with securing a £2 million revolving credit facility.
