ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: RETO) announced it has implemented a strategic refocus plan following the appointment of Xinyang Li as Chief Executive Officer in May 2025.
Under Li's leadership, the Beijing-based company has narrowed its business scope, streamlined product lines, and exited activities outside its core operating focus. The plan aims to concentrate resources in areas where ReTo has established technical capabilities and operating experience.
The company stated it will continue investing in research, development, and manufacturing of environmental equipment and intelligent equipment, including intelligent control systems and AI-supported applications. These areas will serve as the main direction for future resource allocation, product development, and market positioning, according to the press release.
ReTo's board of directors and senior management have outlined these areas for long-term development. The company believes its management team's operational discipline and core-business execution capabilities, combined with board members' experience in engineering, large-scale manufacturing, and financial oversight, provide the framework for carrying out the strategic refocus.
Founded in 1999, ReTo operates through subsidiaries in China and engages in research, development, manufacture and sales of ecological environment protection equipment and intelligent equipment. The company also provides consultation, design, implementation and installation services for its equipment and related parts.
