Quantum reports Q3 revenue of $72.7 million, exceeding guidance

Quantum Corporation (NASDAQ: QMCO) announced preliminary unaudited financial results for its fiscal third quarter of 2026 ended December 31, 2025, according to a company statement.

The data management solutions company reported revenue of approximately $72.7 million, which exceeded the high end of its guided range of $67 million, plus or minus $2 million. The company recorded a GAAP gross margin of approximately 38%.

GAAP operating expenses totaled approximately $28.1 million, while non-GAAP adjusted operating expenses were approximately $26.9 million, falling within the company's provided guidance range. The non-GAAP figure excludes stock-based compensation expense of $0.9 million, restructuring charges of $1.6 million, and non-recurring project costs of $0.5 million.

Quantum expects to report complete results for the fiscal third quarter of 2026 by mid-February 2026. The company noted that the preliminary results are unaudited and subject to change as it completes its financial close process and independent auditor review.

The company provides data management solutions for artificial intelligence and unstructured data applications. Quantum serves customers in life sciences, government, media and entertainment, research, and industrial technology sectors.
