Prenetics posts 552% first-half revenue jump as IM8 targets $100M run rate

Prenetics Global Limited (NASDAQ: PRE) reported first-half 2025 revenue of $32.3 million, representing a 452.1% increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to the company's press release. The health sciences company's IM8 supplement brand generated $5.9 million in revenue during August 2025.
Second quarter revenue reached $17.7 million, up 594.9% year-over-year. IM8 contributed $9.8 million to quarterly revenue, marking a 70% increase from the first quarter. Europa generated $5.7 million and CircleDNA produced $2.2 million in second quarter revenue.
The company's IM8 brand, launched in December 2024 with David Beckham as co-founding partner, achieved monthly net revenue growth from $581,000 in December 2024 to $5.9 million in August 2025. The brand has processed more than 300,000 customer orders and delivered over 8 million servings of its flagship product.
Prenetics increased its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $85-100 million. The company projects IM8 will generate $55-60 million, Europa $20-25 million, and CircleDNA $10-15 million for the full year.
The company reported an adjusted EBITDA loss of $8.7 million for the first half of 2025, compared to a $6.0 million loss in the prior year period. Net loss for the first half totaled $19.8 million.
Prenetics initiated a Bitcoin treasury strategy in the second quarter, purchasing $20 million worth of Bitcoin in June 2025. As of September 10, 2025, the company held 228.42 Bitcoin with a value of $26.1 million. The company maintains $63.5 million in cash and remains debt-free.
The company expects to achieve breakeven by the first quarter of 2026. Prenetics is also divesting its ACT Genomics unit to Delta Electronics for approximately $71.8 million, with $46.3 million in gross proceeds expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
