PodcastOne raises fiscal 2026 guidance on streaming partner revenue

February 13, 2026 8:01 AM EST

PodcastOne (NASDAQ: PODC) increased its full-year fiscal 2026 guidance, now expecting revenue of $60-$62 million and adjusted EBITDA of $5.5-$6.5 million.

The podcast platform and sales network attributed the guidance increase to growing quarterly revenues from a Fortune 250 streaming partner, including the sale and monetization of original intellectual property planned for television adaptation.

Robert Ellin, Chairman of PodcastOne, said the transaction highlights the value of the company's content portfolio and strengthens its financial outlook. The guidance update follows the sale of select original IP to one of its streaming partners.

PodcastOne operates as a podcast platform providing creators and advertisers with sales, marketing, production and distribution services. The company reports having surpassed 3.9 billion total downloads with a network of 200 podcasters and a distribution network reaching over 1 billion monthly impressions across platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and iHeartRadio.

The company also owns PodcastOne Pro, which offers production packages for brands and other clients. Information in this report is based on a company press release.
