Related to news that Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) will sell its Capsugel business to KKR for $2.375 billion, the company also offered an update to FY11 and FY12 guidance.
Lowers FY11 sales guidance from $66-$68 billion to $65.2-$67.2 billion, vs. the consensus of $66.95 billion.
