OrthoPediatrics reports record 2025 revenue of $236.1 million

OrthoPediatrics Corp. (NASDAQ: KIDS) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of $236.1 million for 2025, representing 15% growth compared to $204.7 million in 2024. The pediatric orthopedics company announced the figures on January 12, 2026.

Fourth quarter 2025 revenue reached $61.3 million, a 16% increase from $52.7 million in the same period of 2024. Domestic revenue for the quarter was $48.4 million, up 13% year-over-year, while international revenue grew 32% to $12.9 million.

For the full year, domestic revenue totaled $186.2 million, representing 16% annual growth, and international revenue reached $49.9 million, up 15% from the previous year. The company generated approximately $6.0 to $7.0 million in fourth quarter free cash flow, resulting in total 2025 free cash flow usage being more than 50% lower than 2024.

OrthoPediatrics provided 2026 financial guidance, projecting revenue between $262 million and $266 million, representing 11% to 13% growth. The company expects approximately $25 million in adjusted EBITDA for 2026 and about $10 million in annual set deployment.

The company received EUMDR certification for Response Spine 4.5/5.0 and 5.5/6.0 products, as well as trauma and deformity plates, screws, intramedullary nails, and related instruments during the period.

OrthoPediatrics reported helping over 37,500 children in the fourth quarter of 2025, bringing the total to nearly 1.3 million children since the company's inception.

The company plans to release complete fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results in late February to early March. The preliminary figures are subject to completion of review and audit procedures by the company's independent registered public accounting firm.
