Ondas raises 2026 revenue target to $170-180 million

Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) increased its 2026 revenue target to $170-180 million, representing a 25% increase from its previous target of $140 million. The autonomous systems and wireless solutions provider made the announcement during its OAS Investor Day presentation on January 16, 2026.
The company reported preliminary 2025 revenue estimates of $47.6-49.6 million for the full year, which exceeds its prior target by 23%. Fourth-quarter 2025 revenue is expected to reach $27.0-29.0 million, 51% higher than the previous Q4 target.
Ondas' estimated backlog increased to $65.3 million as of December 31, 2025, up 180% from $23.3 million reported on November 13, 2025. The company's pro-forma cash balance exceeds $1.5 billion following a recent offering of approximately $1.0 billion.
The revenue targets include contributions from Roboteam, which Ondas acquired in December 2025. Previous company targets had included $30 million attributable to Roboteam for 2026.
Ondas operates through business units including Ondas Autonomous Systems, which provides AI-powered defense and security platforms, and Ondas Networks, which offers wireless broadband technology. The company's autonomous systems portfolio includes aerial, ground, and counter-drone solutions deployed for security and infrastructure protection.
The preliminary financial data has not been audited by independent auditors. Ondas expects to report complete financial results for 2025 in March 2026, according to the company's press release statement.
