OmniAb, Inc. (NASDAQ: OABI) has raised its 2026 financial guidance, citing recent technology licensing activity, according to a company press release.
The Emeryville, Calif.-based antibody discovery technology licensor now expects to end 2026 with cash and cash equivalents in the range of $49 million to $53 million, up from its prior guidance of $37 million to $41 million.
Chief Executive Officer Matt Foehr attributed the revision to business development and licensing activity. "Recent business development and licensing activity has enabled us to again raise our 2026 financial guidance and significantly increase our cash outlook," he said.
OmniAb licenses discovery research technology to pharmaceutical and biotech companies and academic institutions. Its business model includes upfront and access fees, service revenue, milestones, and royalties on commercial sales.
