Olema Pharmaceuticals reports cash exceeds $500 million at year-end

Olema Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: OLMA) announced its preliminary unaudited cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities exceeded $500 million as of December 31, 2025.

The company disclosed the preliminary financial figure on January 12, 2026, noting it has not completed its fiscal year-end financial close process for 2025. The estimate remains subject to change upon completion of financial closing procedures.

Olema stated its independent registered public accounting firm has not audited, reviewed or performed procedures on the preliminary result and does not express an opinion about it. The company emphasized the information should not substitute for financial data it files with the Securities and Exchange Commission in its annual Form 10-K report.

The pharmaceutical company indicated it has no intention or obligation to update the preliminary cash estimates disclosed in the announcement.
