Nixxy outlines 2026 growth plan after scaling communications platform

Nixxy Inc. (NASDAQ: NIXX) provided an update on its 2025 operations and outlined priorities for 2026, focusing on expanding its AI-driven communications and data infrastructure platform.

The company scaled its communications revenue through its NIXXY COMM platform in 2025, expanding wholesale communications activity and improving routing efficiency. Nixxy was added to the Russell 3000E Index in June 2025 and secured a $2 million credit facility.

In August 2025, Nixxy acquired edge data center and telecom assets with facilities in Fremont, California and Vancouver, Canada. These sites are being integrated into the company's NIXXY CORE infrastructure to support communications and AI routing capabilities.

The company also acquired Leadnova.ai platform assets in June 2025, which it plans to integrate into its AI-driven communications stack. Leadnova.ai is expected to become one of the first NIXXY CORE-powered software offerings, providing business development and outreach automation services.

"2025 was a year of execution and momentum," said Mike Schmidt, Chief Executive Officer. "We scaled our communications revenue engine, expanded infrastructure capacity, and advanced our platform roadmap."

For 2026, Nixxy plans to expand telecom and messaging volumes while optimizing route mix for higher-margin traffic. The company intends to commercialize Leadnova.ai and additional NIXXY CORE applications targeting small and mid-market enterprises.

Nixxy operates as a technology intermediary across carrier networks, providing routing optimization and traffic management through software-driven intelligence. The company's strategy focuses on carrier-grade communications combined with AI-enabled routing and automation.
