NeoGenomics Inc. (NASDAQ: NEO) announced preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of approximately $190 million, representing 11% year-over-year growth. The oncology diagnostics company expects full-year 2025 revenue of approximately $727 million, up 10% from the prior year.

The Fort Myers, Florida-based company also announced a chief financial officer transition. Abhishek Jain joined as executive vice president on January 12, 2026, and will become CFO on March 2, 2026. Current CFO Jeff Sherman will retire on April 14, 2026, after transitioning to executive vice president to ensure completion of the company's fiscal year 2025 audit and reporting.

Jain previously served as CFO of CareDx, a publicly traded precision medicine company, from September 2022 to August 2025. Before that, he held finance and accounting roles for nearly 20 years at Agilent Technologies Inc. Jain is a certified public accountant and chartered accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

The preliminary revenue figures are based on unaudited information and management estimates, according to the company's press release. NeoGenomics cautioned that final results may differ from these estimates as the company completes year-end procedures and its independent auditors review the financial statements.

NeoGenomics plans to report complete fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results during its February 2026 earnings call. The company provides oncology diagnostic solutions and operates laboratories throughout the United States and in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
