Nano Dimension Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNDM) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of $35.0 million to $35.5 million, exceeding its previous guidance range of $31.5 million to $33.5 million, according to a company statement.
The digital manufacturing solutions company attributed the performance to strong results from its Markforged and Essemtec product lines, with demand increases across defense, aerospace, networking, automotive and food and beverage sectors.
The company continues its strategic alternatives review process with financial advisors Guggenheim Securities and Houlihan Lokey. The board of directors is evaluating options to maximize shareholder value, with additional information expected during the upcoming earnings call.
Nano Dimension transitioned from a foreign private issuer to a U.S. domestic issuer effective January 1, 2026. The company expects to file its Form 10-K within the first quarter of 2026 and anticipates completing the redomestication process in the first half of 2026, subject to approvals.
"Exceeding the high end of our revenue guidance underscores the momentum building in the business and the expansion of our key customer relationships," said Chief Executive Officer David Stehlin, who became CEO in September 2025.
The company plans to host its fourth quarter and full year 2025 earnings call within the first quarter of 2026. The preliminary results are unaudited and based on initial financial data.
