Myriad Genetics provides 2025 preliminary results and 2026 guidance

Myriad Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) announced preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results along with 2026 financial guidance.

The molecular diagnostic testing company expects fourth quarter 2025 total revenues between $207 million and $209 million. Full year 2025 total revenues are projected between $822 million and $824 million.

For 2026, Myriad Genetics provided guidance for total revenues of $860 million to $880 million. The midpoint represents approximately 6% growth compared to the preliminary 2025 revenue range midpoint. The company projects adjusted gross margin between 68% and 69% for 2026.

Adjusted EBITDA guidance for 2026 ranges from $37 million to $49 million. The midpoint of this range represents approximately 43% growth over the midpoint of the previous full year 2025 guidance range.

The company noted that preliminary 2025 results are subject to normal quarter and year-end accounting procedures and external audit, and may change during finalization of financial statements. These preliminary results are unaudited and not comprehensive.

Myriad Genetics plans to release actual fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results during an earnings call in February 2026. The company will present these preliminary results at the 44th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on January 14, 2026.

The Salt Lake City-based company develops molecular tests for disease risk assessment and treatment guidance across medical specialties.
