Mobix Labs reports over 50% revenue growth in fiscal 2025

Mobix Labs Inc. (NASDAQ: MOBX) reported preliminary fiscal 2025 results showing revenue growth exceeding 50% year-over-year for the period ended September 30, 2025, according to a company statement.

The Irvine, California-based fabless semiconductor company attributed the growth to demand across aerospace, defense, and wireless markets, along with contributions from recent acquisitions. The company noted that quarterly revenue fluctuated based on customer program timing throughout the fiscal year.

"Fiscal 2025 was a breakout year for Mobix Labs," said Phil Sansone, Chief Executive Officer. "Even with the natural ups and downs of quarterly timing, we grew revenue by more than 50% for the year—proof of the powerful momentum behind our business."

The company expanded its presence in aerospace and defense sectors while broadening its reach in wireless and high-reliability applications during fiscal 2025. Mobix Labs develops connectivity solutions, RF, imaging, switching, and filtering technologies for communication systems serving aerospace, defense, 5G, medical, and industrial markets.

For fiscal 2026, the company cited rising global demand for defense and aerospace connectivity solutions and growing adoption of wireless and sensing technologies as potential growth drivers. Sansone stated that the company's opportunity pipeline has reached record levels.

The company plans to continue executing growth strategies through both organic expansion and acquisitions. Mobix Labs indicated it begins fiscal 2026 with what it described as its strongest opportunity pipeline to date across defense, aerospace, and commercial infrastructure segments.
