Mirum Pharmaceuticals reports preliminary 2025 sales of $520 million

Mirum Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: MIRM) reported preliminary unaudited net product sales of approximately $520 million for 2025, exceeding the upper end of its guidance range, according to a company statement.

The rare disease pharmaceutical company projected global net product sales of $630 million to $650 million for 2026. Cash, cash equivalents and investments are expected to reach approximately $392 million as of December 31, 2025, compared to $292.8 million at the end of 2024.

LIVMARLI, the company's treatment for cholestatic pruritus, generated an estimated $359 million in net product sales for 2025, including approximately $243 million in US sales, representing 69% year-over-year growth. CHOLBAM and CTEXLI products contributed approximately $161 million in combined sales, reflecting 31% year-over-year growth.

Mirum announced a proposed acquisition of Bluejay Therapeutics to add worldwide rights to brelovitug, a monoclonal antibody for chronic hepatitis delta virus. The acquisition is expected to close in mid-to-late January 2026, with two private placements for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $268.5 million expected to close concurrently.

The company achieved positive cash flow from operations in 2025 and expanded its commercial presence to 33 countries. Mirum received FDA approval for LIVMARLI tablets and CTEXLI for cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis during 2025.

Key clinical milestones for 2026 include topline data from the volixibat VISTAS study in primary sclerosing cholangitis expected in the second quarter and completion of the LIVMARLI EXPAND study enrollment in the first half of 2026, with topline data expected in the fourth quarter.
