Mercury Computer (MRCY) Issues Q3 and FY12 Guidance

Mercury Computer (Nasdaq: MRCY) sees fiscal 2012 EPS to be in the range of $0.59 to $0.61. GAAP net income from continuing operations per diluted share includes $0.09 associated with the amortization of acquired intangible assets. Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of revenue is expected to be in line with our target operating model’s high end of approximately 18%. (non-GAAP Consensus is $0.72)

For the third quarter of fiscal 2012, revenues, which include the operating activities of KOR Electronics, are expected to be in the range of approximately $65 million to $68 million. (Consensus is $66.77M)

At this range, GAAP net income from continuing operations per diluted share is expected to be in the range of $0.09 to $0.11. GAAP net income from continuing operations per diluted share includes $0.03 associated with the amortization of acquired intangible assets. (non-GAAP consensus is $0.18)
