McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) raised its fiscal 2026 earnings guidance and updated long-term financial targets during its investor day event.

The healthcare services company increased its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings per diluted share guidance to $38.05 to $38.55, up from the previous range of $37.10 to $37.90.

McKesson also updated its long-term adjusted earnings per diluted share growth target to 13% to 16%, an increase from the prior range of 12% to 14%. The company introduced segment-specific growth targets following a new organizational structure announced in September.

The segment targets include 5% to 8% growth for North American Pharmaceutical, 13% to 16% for Oncology & Multispecialty, and 10% to 13% for Prescription Technology Solutions.

"Our strong track record and sustained success, built on operational excellence and disciplined execution, positions us well to advance our strategy and deliver meaningful impact across the healthcare ecosystem," said Brian Tyler, chief executive officer.

The company outlined strategic priorities including strengthening North American pharmaceutical distribution, modernizing its portfolio, and expanding oncology, multispecialty, and biopharma services platforms. McKesson also provided an update on portfolio developments, including the medical-surgical separation.

McKesson will release its second quarter fiscal 2026 financial results after market close on November 5, 2025. The company is scheduled to participate in upcoming investor conferences including the UBS Global Healthcare Conference on November 10 and the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference from January 12-15, 2026.
