M-tron Industries reports preliminary Q3 2025 results

M-tron Industries Inc. (NYSE American: MPTI) released preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, according to a company statement.
The Orlando-based supplier of radio frequency components to aerospace, defense, avionics and space industries reported preliminary third-quarter revenue of $14.1 million, compared to $13.2 million in the same period last year. Nine-month revenue reached $40.1 million versus $36.2 million in the prior year period.
Gross margin for the quarter was 44.0%, down from 47.8% in the third quarter of 2024. Nine-month gross margin was 43.4%, compared to 45.8% in the previous year.
The company reported preliminary net income of $1.8 million for the third quarter, down from $2.3 million in the same quarter of 2024. Nine-month net income was $5.0 million compared to $5.5 million in the prior year period.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $3.2 million versus $3.3 million in the third quarter of 2024. Nine-month adjusted EBITDA reached $8.1 million, essentially flat compared to $8.1 million in the previous year.
M-tron stated it provided these preliminary results to give investors additional information for evaluating warrant exercises. The company plans to release complete third-quarter financial results after market close on November 12, 2025.
The company will host a conference call on November 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. ET to discuss the results.
M-tron has manufacturing facilities in Orlando, Florida, and Yankton, South Dakota, with additional operations in Hong Kong and Noida, India.
